You must be at least 21 years old and have at least 2 years B group license to rent a car. The vehicle can be rented by taking the young driver's fee for middle and upper class vehicles in accordance with the condition of being stable at the age of 21 and the condition of driving license period.
In order to use the Young Driver Fee application, the conditions listed below and in the table must be met.
In order to rent the vehicles in the economic group, at least 21 years of age and 2 years driving license is required.
In order to rent the vehicles in the middle group, at least 23 years old and 3 years driving license is required. People between the ages of 21-23 and who have a driving license for 3 years can rent a car from the middle group by paying the Young Driver fee.
In order to rent the vehicles in the upper group, at least 25 years of age and 5 years driving license is required. People between the ages of 23-25 ??and who have a driving license for 5 years can rent a car from the upper group by paying the Young Driver fee.
In order to rent the vehicles in the luxury group, at least 27 years of age and 5 years driving license is required. People between 25-27 years of age and with a 5-year driving license can rent a car from the upper group by paying the Young Driver fee.

Minimum rental period is 24 hours for daily rentals and 30 days for monthly rentals.
18% Value Added tax is included in the price for the daily car rental service with Damage Liability Assurance, Theft Assurance. The maximum limit is 30 days with the condition that the maximum limit is 30 days. The maximum mileage is limited to 3500 km. Fuel, Personal Accident Assurance, Mini Damage Assurance, Discretionary Financial Liability Assurance, One-Direction Fee, Office Availability / Delivery Fee, Baby Seat, Navigation, Bridge and Highway Pass Device-Card Usage Fee with Additional Driver It is also calculated. The vehicles must be returned with the amount of fuel available at the time of delivery to the customer. For vehicles returned with missing fuel, the difference in fuel is charged together with the service charge. For monthly rentals, mileage is limited to 3500 km. Mileage fees vary by group. If the vehicle is taken from one city and returned to another city, the one-way fee provided by Ekar is applied. Fee information varies by office and can be viewed at the time of booking. You can get detailed information by calling our Reservation Center.
In order to use the vehicle by the person and / or persons other than the lessor, it is possible to add the Driver's License information of the additional driver to the Lease Agreement with an additional fee. You can call our Reservation Center for price and detailed information. (Additional driver hire conditions are the same as those found in Driver's License and Age Restrictions.)
Before the delivery of the vehicle you have booked, you will be informed at our offices and your credit rating will be checked and evaluated with the Findeks application of the Credit Registration Office.
In case of delays up to 3 hours on the return of the vehicles, 1/3 of the rental price applied in the contract is charged for each hour and in case of delays exceeding 3 hours, one-day rental price is collected.
The total rental amount and assurance fees are charged at the beginning of the rental with the credit card of the person renting the vehicle. There is no cash payment, debit and virtual card application.
Rental Contract switched on during the rental and Turkey are also organized according to the laws in force and application. Ekar General Rental Conditions are valid for the leases to be realized. The difference in the invoice amount that may occur at the end of the lease is charged or refunded at the rental point. The credit card holder must be present at the time of rental. No credit card rental can be made. In addition to the rental price, the credit card submitted by the customer, according to the vehicle brand and model to be rented, between 1000 TL and 2500 TL provision is made.
Therefore, limit availability is required (up to the total value of rent and deposit). Provision is made at the end of the lease, if any additional services, guarantees, missing fuel, damage, penalty, etc. will be refunded to the same card. Provision cancellations are reflected to your credit card within 10 working days after the refund is made due to the internal communication of the bank.
If pre-paid reservations are canceled up to 24 hours before the pick-up time, Ekar will refund the full rental fee.
For prepaid reservations, when the vehicle is delivered between 24 hours and 2 hours, 1 day rental fee will be deducted and the remaining amount will be returned by Ekar. (No refund for 1 day bookings)
For prepaid bookings, cancellation fees are not refundable for cancellations made 2 hours before the delivery of the vehicle.
For pre-paid reservations, the vehicles belonging to our customers will be waited for 2 hours from the time of delivery and our customers will be able to take their vehicles within these two hours. After 2 hours, the reservation will be automatically canceled by the system and the fee will not be refunded.
The cost of the unused days in the early delivery of the vehicle is not refundable.
Users with foreign driving licenses are required to present their passports to the rental office. Otherwise, the prepayment amount will not be refunded.
Refund of Prepaid Reservations will be credited to your card within 3-5 business days, depending on the Bank's transaction volume.
In order to be able to deliver the vehicles to our customers in the prepaid reservations, General Rental Conditions and the following conditions must be fulfilled. If the following conditions are not met, the vehicle cannot be delivered and no refund will be made.
The payment method is credit card only and there is no cash payment and debit card application.
The amount of provision varying according to rental and vehicle groups must be provided from the credit card of the person. The credit card must have the name and surname of the person who will make the rental.
The person who will take the vehicle must present his driver's license to Ekar office.
The discount earned through the Prepaid Reservation cannot be combined with any other campaign.
A pre-paid reservation cannot be modified. In case of a change of reservation, the cancellation of the reservation is required and the above cancellation / refund conditions apply. After cancellation, a new pre-paid reservation can be made according to the requested change.
If the vehicle is returned before the date range specified in the booking form after the start of the rental, no refund will be made for the unused days. In the event that our customer does not receive the vehicle at the date and time specified in the booking form despite the prepaid reservation, the prepayment amount collected will not be refunded.
In the case of a pre-paid reservation, if the rental period exceeds the return date specified in the reservation form, the additional amount to be incurred when the rental agreement is extended is charged from the credit card submitted by our customer at the beginning of the lease from the Ekar List prices valid on the date of extension.
All liability and financial traffic fines arising from non-compliance with the applicable traffic laws belong to the user. The traffic and illegal bridges, motorway crossing fines, which occur during the rental period of the vehicle, but which have been received after the end of the rental, are collected from the person and / or company specified in the rental agreement. The time to pass due to the retention of the vehicles by official or local authorities for any reason is accepted within the contract period. 30TL + VAT service charge is applied for traffic fines.
In case of an accident, it is obligatory to keep an accident report in accordance with the shape of the accident or to contact the nearest police or gendarmerie station and to receive accident, theft and alcohol detection reports and to provide information to the Full Support Line 0850 304 3527 7/24.
In case the vehicle is stolen, it is obligatory to contact the nearest police or gendarmerie station and provide information to the Full Support Line 0850 304 35 27, which is available 24/7.
Otherwise, all guarantees purchased will be deemed void and all damages incurred shall be collected from the tenant including the material and moral losses given to third parties.

- Please make sure that the Vehicle Delivery and Receipt Form is completed and signed mutually at the beginning of the rental and during the refund.
